Information you provide

• Account details such as your name, email address, password credential, or identity information provided by Google or Apple when you use those sign-in options.
• Bingo card words, images, titles, settings, drafts, shared-card content, and other material you choose to create or upload.
• Messages you send for support, billing help, feedback, or corrections.
• Purchase, subscription, and customer identifiers needed to manage billing. Stripe processes payment-card details; MyBingoCard does not receive or store your full card number.

Usage, device, and attribution information

When you use the site, MyBingoCard and its service providers may process:

• Pages and routes viewed, referrer and campaign parameters, searches, feature events, scroll depth, time on page, link and button interactions, and general form-interaction metadata. Sensitive field names are filtered, and analytics are not intended to record passwords or payment-card values.
• IP address, user agent, browser and device properties, language, time zone, screen and viewport details, network and performance information, and abuse or automation signals.
• Persistent anonymous identifiers, session identifiers, account identifiers, and information used to associate earlier anonymous activity with an account after signup or sign-in.
• Error messages, stack traces, failed resource URLs, page context, performance measurements, and limited interaction breadcrumbs used to diagnose problems.

Cookies and browser storage

MyBingoCard uses cookies, local storage, and session storage for authentication, security, saved drafts, session continuity, anonymous and session identifiers, referral attribution, preferences, and analytics. An attribution cookie may retain referral and campaign information for a limited period. Blocking browser storage can prevent some account, draft, attribution, or analytics features from working as intended.

How information is used

• Provide accounts, save cards, generate exports, operate sharing and hosted games, and process purchases.
• Authenticate users, secure the service, prevent abuse, and investigate errors or suspicious activity.
• Understand product use, improve navigation and features, measure performance, and troubleshoot failures.
• Measure referral and marketing campaigns and understand how visitors reach the site.
• Send transactional messages and permitted product or marketing communications. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe path.

Analytics and marketing services

Current site integrations may include:

• Google Analytics for site and product measurement, including referral and landing-page information.
• Pinterest Tag and, when configured, Meta Pixel for marketing measurement and campaign attribution.
• MyBingoCard analytics and operational monitoring for visitor sessions, feature activity, performance, errors, and reliability. This data may be processed on infrastructure operated for MyBingoCard or by hosting and operational service providers.

Analytics reports may be aggregated, but analytics and marketing services can use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and similar information. They should not be understood as categorically anonymous.

Advertising and affiliate links

MyBingoCard does not currently load Google AdSense ad-serving code. If Google advertising is enabled in a future release, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, limit frequency, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Some pages may contain affiliate links. MyBingoCard may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without changing the price charged by the seller. Affiliate links are labeled or disclosed on the page where they appear.

When information is shared

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the product, including:

• Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, customer billing, and payment records.
• Google, Apple, or other authentication providers you choose to use.
• Analytics, marketing, hosting, database, email, error-monitoring, and operational service providers described in this policy.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, necessary to protect users or the service, or involved in a business reorganization.

MyBingoCard does not sell personal information for money. Data is nevertheless disclosed to the providers above so they can perform services or measurement functions.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide accounts and purchased features, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. Different records may have different retention periods. Deleted information can remain for a limited time in backups, logs, fraud-prevention records, or records that must be retained for legal or billing purposes.

Your choices and requests

• Use account settings to update available profile information, manage a subscription, or use any available account-deletion controls.
• Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop those messages. Transactional account or purchase messages may still be sent.
• Use browser controls to limit cookies or clear local and session storage, understanding that some features may stop working.
• Use the privacy and advertising settings offered by Google, Meta, Pinterest, and other providers.
• Email [email protected] to request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information. The response may require identity verification and remains subject to applicable law and required record retention.

Security

MyBingoCard uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS in transit and password hashing for password-based accounts. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Stripe is responsible for the payment-card environment it operates.

Children

MyBingoCard accounts are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided account information contrary to this policy, contact support so the situation can be reviewed.
